Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sunni Rishte Matrimony Service is a paid, membership-based matrimonial platform. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any membership.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their paid membership at any time from their account or by contacting support.
Once cancelled, the membership benefits may stop immediately or remain active until the end of the validity period.
No refund will be provided for the unused or remaining period of the membership.

Refund Policy

Membership fees once paid are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

Payment was successful but membership was not activated
Technical issues from our side that prevented access to paid features

In such cases, users must contact support within 7 days of payment along with valid payment proof.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

Not receiving desired matches
Personal dissatisfaction or change of mind
Profile rejection or suspension due to policy violations
Inactivity or non-usage of the service

The decision of Sunni Rishte Matrimony Service shall be final and binding.

Paid Features May Include:

Sending and receiving interests or requests
Enhanced profile visibility
Access to premium or priority features (as applicable)

Membership Rules

Paid membership is non-transferable
One membership is valid for one user account only
Membership validity starts from the date of activation
After expiry, paid features will be automatically disabled

Pricing & Payments

Membership prices and features may change from time to time
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways
Sunni Rishte does not store users' card, UPI, or banking details
